Sensei 6 typically does not allow returns unless the product you receive differs significantly from the description provided on our website or invoice. The majority of our products are custom-made or specially ordered, which means most sales are considered final. We strongly encourage you to review all product details carefully and reach out to us with any questions before completing your purchase.
Please note: we cannot accept returns or exchanges solely because you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchasing decision.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

• Timeline Sensitivities: If you have a strict deadline or are unable to accommodate potential delays, please do not proceed. Relinquishing patience regarding estimated lead times is not a valid ground for cancellation or refund.

• Customer Unfamiliarity: It is the buyer's responsibility to research the product before purchase. We cannot accept returns due to a lack of familiarity with the item's specifications or use.

• Ordering Errors: Please double-check your order (size, color, etc.) before finalizing. We are unable to fix or return items ordered incorrectly by the customer.

• Deliberate Fraud: Any attempt to defraud or misrepresent a return claim will be rejected and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
