Shipping Protection:
At Sensei 6, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely. To provide added peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection (Shipping Insurance) through Route—this protection is automatically added for you at checkout. With it, your package is covered in case it gets lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, making you eligible for a prompt refund or replacement.
Theoretically, this coverage should always appear at checkout. However, if for any reason you do not see the protection option and wish to purchase it, please contact us before you complete your order.
Optional, But Recommended:
You have the option to decline shipping protection at checkout. However, please be aware that if you choose not to purchase this coverage, Sensei 6 cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. In such cases, claims must be filed directly with the shipping courier, and we will not be able to initiate a refund or replacement on your behalf.

Inspect Your Shipment Carefully:
Please thoroughly inspect your package and its contents before accepting or signing for delivery. Even if the packaging looks intact, hidden damage may be present. You are legally confirming that the product is in good condition by signing for it. Once a package is signed for, we are unable to assist with claims for concealed damage—these must be directed to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS).
If No One Is Home:
If the carrier leaves your package unattended, please unpack and inspect the contents as soon as possible. Should you find any damage, contact our customer service immediately.
Filing a Claim:
All damage claims must be filed within 3 days of receipt. If you notice damage during your inspection, Immediately notify us via email to sales@sensei6.com.
Reporting Hidden Damage:
If you discover hidden or concealed damage after accepting the shipment, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number:

Refusing a Damaged Package:
If you spot damage at the time of delivery, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Immediately notify us via email to sales@sensei6.com
