Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns & Custom Orders
Because many of our products are special order or customized specifically for you, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.
Lead Times & Delivery
We provide estimated lead times as a courtesy to help you plan. Please note that these dates are estimates only and do not function as guaranteed deadlines! While we strive to meet every ETA, various factors can impact production and final fulfillment. This is always subject to change. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are subject to change and that delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund. If you cannot wait for your order beyond the estimated window, please do not proceed with the purchase.
If you have any questions about fitment, condition, color, or any other details, or if you feel uncertain about proceeding, please contact us and ask before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information or photos to help you make an informed decision.
Turnaround Time
All products from Sensei 6 are custom-built, which means each order is unique and requires significant time to manufacture, machine, and finish. While we provide rough estimates for turnaround times, these are for reference only and not a guaranteed completion date. Many factors and unforeseen events can affect production schedules. Once a deposit/payment is placed, all sales are final—no returns or cancellations are permitted.
We strive to deliver your custom product as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality results. Please understand that custom finishes and parts may require multiple stages of processing, including chemical stripping, refinishing, and sometimes repeated steps.
Shipping
For orders with an item value over $100.00 USD, shipment may require a direct signature upon delivery from the courier. We use signature confirmation to protect both you and us, as it provides clear proof that the package was successfully delivered and helps prevent issues such as theft, misdelivery, or disputes about non‑receipt.
Repairing & Refinishing Services
Wheel Straightening:
Any wheel, regardless of how slight the bend, may crack during the straightening process. While most wheels do not crack and we take every precaution to preserve your wheel’s integrity, cracking is a risk. If your wheel cracks and cannot be repaired, you will not be charged for our time or labor. If a wheel is deemed unsafe, we will not remount it on your vehicle (no exceptions). This is for your safety.
You are responsible for the cost of a replacement wheel, which you may purchase from us or elsewhere.
Refinishing Results:
Small marks or discoloration may remain on wheels that have been severely bent or have a top lip bend. By choosing our straightening service, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
Not all cracks can be welded, and some wheels are not repairable due to safety or structural concerns. In such cases, replacing the wheel may be more cost-effective.
Estimates & Pricing:
Estimates provided are not contractual obligations. Your wheel will be evaluated upon arrival, and we will contact you if there are any changes to the estimated cost. Additional charges may apply for plated finishes, specialty color matches, or severe damage.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing but will always inform you and obtain your consent before proceeding with any extra work or price increases.
Finishing Quality:
Our refinishing results are among the best in the industry. However, refinishing a used wheel will NOT produce a result identical to a brand-new wheel. Expect minor imperfections such as subtle color variations, metallurgical differences, occasional dust in the finish, or pre-existing cosmetic damage (such as corrosion) that cannot be fully corrected. The back and inside barrel may not be refinished to the same standard as the face.
If you have specific matching or finish requirements, please specify them in advance so they can be included in your work order and invoice.
General Notes & Policies

Damage Claims: After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.

Reporting Damage: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged.

Returns: In the event of a product damage return, you must contact us via email to sales@sensei6.com

Restocking Fee: All returns (if accepted by special circumstances) are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Shipping & Handling: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return Refusal: Sensei 6 reserves the right to refuse all returns.
